FAiRE Project

This project is based on the picture book Das machen wir. Run, pull, play, draw … these people are always on the move, rendered in the Warli style of tribal art. Warli art is done by people belonging to a tribal community that lives in Maharashtra, in western India.

In a bilingual project both German and French speaking children develop their own short stories through drawings and writing – and sound. Finally the stories are recorded and all elements are integrated in an interactive electronical system. If you draw on the touch screen the stories will be heard.
